To request cancellation of your order, please contact our customer service using the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org and select “Cancel an order or item(s)” as the subject.
In the request, please provide your Order Number to be canceled. If we are unable to cancel your order, because it already shipped you will be notified via e-mail.
You will be charged a $1 cancellation fee to cover cost of credit card / paypal transaction fees.
Your order has been carefully packed and thoroughly inspected and we hope that you are pleased with item(s) you have selected. Should you need to return any item(s), please follow these steps:
1. All domestic buyers must return item(s) within 20
business days of purchase. International buyers must return item(s) within
35 business days of purchase.
A 10% fee will be applied on late returns.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued on any item(s) returned after 60 days of purchase.
All pro team products (jersey, bib shorts, bib tights, etc.) and accessories
(caps, hats, socks, etc.) - SEASONAL ITEMS.
A 50% FEE will be applied on all SEASONAL ITEMS returned after 50 days of purchase.
2. Due to limited supplies of some
items we don't offer EXCHANGES.
We'll refund full price of your item(s) without shipping fee and coupons discount.
3. Skinsuits - cannot be return for CREDIT or EXCHANGE,
SALES ARE FINAL.
Item(s) being return must be in manufacturer's original carton or bag with attached tags if applies, NEW AND UN-WORE.
Washed, worn or soiled clothing or accessories CANNOT be returned. A 10% fee will be applied on item(s) with removed manufacturer tags and damaged or missing manufacturing packaging(boxes,bags,...).
4. When shipping merchandise back, please wrap the item(s) in a sturdy box and
secure with strong tape.
For your protection insure it for its value.
5. All International return package(s) MUST be shipped via Postal services
We cannot accept International mail from FedEx or UPS.
All domestic return package(s) can be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Return package must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD's.

In store pick up Policy
If you choose the In-Store Pick up option:
Place the item(s) you want into your shopping cart.
When you are “Checking out” be sure to select IN STORE PICK UP as the shipping option. In Store Pick up saves you any shipping fees.
Please be sure to bring your order number and photo ID with you at time of pick up.
All orders will be ready for pick up the following business day after order is placed, submitted and approved.
All orders must be picked up within 6 business days of order submission.
*Hours of In-Store Pick Up will be:
Monday – 1 pm - 5 pm
Tuesday – Friday, Sunday 11 am - 5 pm
Saturday – 10 am - 6 pm
