Shipping Policy
Ridebikeprogear.com is using USPS for all domestic and International parcels.
All parcels will be shipped within 12-36 business hours.
Domestic parcel can be shipped via USPS insured priority mail (3-8 business days), or USPS Express mail (1-2 business days).
International parcel can be shipped via USPS Priority mail (7-25 business days), or Express Mail Service (5-15 business days).
All International and Domestic parcel will be insured. International recipients are also liable to pay local import duties depending on the Country that they are in.
The buyer is responsible for tracking and collecting their order(s). If necessary the buyer must collect their order(s) from the local Post Office. When the buyer refuses to accept delivery that means buyer takes a full responsibility to pay an additional shipping charge from the Post Office for subject to be delivered back to us. The buyer must inform us immediately by email that the delivery was or will be refused.
We are not shipping on Weekends and Holidays.
